30-Day Return Window You have 30 calendar days from the date your item was delivered to request a return or an exchange.
Return Eligibility Criteria To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

It must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.

It must have all original tags, labels, and hygiene seals fully attached.

It must be in its original packaging.

Items with makeup stains, deodorant marks, perfume scents, or pet hair will not be accepted.
Size Exchanges (Sizes S to 3XL) We proudly offer size-inclusive fashion. If your item doesn't fit quite right, we will gladly exchange it for a different size, subject to stock availability. Please specify your desired size when contacting us.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange Please note that we do not offer phone support and cannot process returns over the phone. To start your return, please follow these simple steps:

Email our support team at leahjohnson6598@outlook.com with your Order Number and the reason for the return.

Our customer service team will review your request within 24-48 business hours.

If approved, we will provide you with the exact return shipping address (our warehouse/business location at 6 RUE DUPOINTDU JOUR, 76160, France) and a Return Authorization.
Note: Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds Processing Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
